Change your nominated pharmacy

If you wish to change your nominated pharmacy to Tennyson Pharmacy see steps below.

  1. Log in using the NHS App or website
  2. Go to the homepage or Your health.
  3. Select View and manage prescriptions, then Nominate a pharmacy
  4. If you already have a nominated pharmacy, you'll see the pharmacy's name. To change it, select Change your nominated pharmacy. If a pharmacy is not shown, select Continue.
  5. Follow the instructions to nominate our pharmacy.

The NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows GPs  to send prescriptions electronically to a nominated pharmacy of your choice. 

 

With EPS, prescriptions are sent securely to the pharmacy without the need for a paper copy keeping your personal information safe and secure.

 

By completing the form you can nominate Tennyson Pharmacy to collect your prescriptions.
